BrightBeesKids.com is an online home for literacy-focused games, videos, and book sales for children in Kindergarten through Grade 5. The site is owned and operated by CLC Studios & Publishing. We respect children’s privacy and follow the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

0. Book Sales & Publishing

Parents and guardians can purchase our picture books, chapter books, and e-books through BrightBeesKids.com or linked storefronts. Only adults may complete a purchase.

What we collect at checkout

  • Purchaser name and email

  • Billing address and last four digits of payment card (the full number is handled by our payment processor)

  • Shipping address for physical books

Children are never asked to provide payment or shipping details.

We do not ask for a child’s full name, phone number, exact address, or photo. Optional in-game photos stay on the family’s device. (Practice mirrors respected children’s sites)

  • Process payments, print shipping labels, and deliver digital book files

  • Email parents receipts, newsletters, and legally required notices

We never use a child’s data for advertising.

Send requests to privacy@brightbeeskids.com from the email used at sign-up and include the child’s screen name. We respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use first-party cookies and local storage to remember log-ins, keep progress, and measure site performance. Third-party analytics partners receive only de-identified or aggregate data. You can disable cookies in your browser, although some features (for example saving game levels) may stop working.

6. Data Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and routine security audits. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

7. International Visitors

Our servers are in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., you agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
