BrightBeesKids.com (“Site”) is the online service for literacy games, videos, and book sales operated by CLC Studios & Publishing (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site or any BrightBeesKids mobile apps (collectively, “Services”), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Parents and Guardians

You may permit your child to use the Services only under your supervision. You are responsible for everything your child does on the Services and for ensuring that your child understands these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The public portions of the Services are intended for U.S. and international families with children ages 5–11. Users under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

The Services are for personal, educational use only. You may not use them for commercial purposes or resell any portion of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, games, videos, book files, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may display or print small portions for personal use but may not copy, modify, upload, publish, transmit, or distribute any content without permission.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any comments or other material you post. We may screen, edit, or remove user content that we consider unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate but have no obligation to do so.

6. Safe Conduct

You must not:

violate any law or another person’s rights
post anything defamatory, obscene, or harassing
upload viruses or other malicious code
try to gain unauthorized access to our servers

7. Book Purchases & Refund Policy

7.1 Adult Checkout

Books and merchandise may be purchased only by adults using a valid payment method. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

7.2 Shipping from Overseas

Most physical orders ship from our fulfilment partner in Thailand. Delivery times vary by destination.

7.3 No Cash Refunds

Because international return shipping is costly and customs delays are common, we do not offer cash or credit-card refunds once an order has been charged.

7.4 Store-Credit Solution

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, contact support@brightbeeskids.com within 30 days of the shipment date. At our sole discretion we will issue an electronic store credit equal to the original item price (excluding shipping). Credits may be used toward any future purchase on the Site and expire after one year.

7.5 Digital Products

All e-book and downloadable purchases are final. If a file is defective, we will replace the download link at no charge.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your or your child’s use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, practice, or Service features. Material changes will be announced on the Site and, where possible, by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Non-material changes are effective immediately when posted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
