Eligibility
To enter, participants must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a teacher, homeschool educator, parent, guardian, or nominate a teacher, homeschool educator, parent, or guardian.
• Complete the official giveaway entry form.
• Be subscribed to the Bright Bees Kids newsletter at the time of winner selection.
• Follow Bright Bees Kids on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok at the time of winner selection.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bright Bees Kids may not enter.
How to Enter
Eligible participants must:
Follow Bright Bees Kids on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Subscribe to the Bright Bees Kids email newsletter.
Complete and submit the official giveaway entry form.
Limit one entry per person per giveaway period unless otherwise stated.
Prize
Each giveaway winner will receive one (1) Visa eGift Card valued at $250 USD.
The prize will be delivered electronically via email to the email address provided by the winner.
No cash alternative, transfer, substitution, or exchange will be permitted except at the sole discretion of Bright Bees Kids.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each giveaway period.
Winners will be notified by email and announced first through the Bright Bees Kids newsletter before being shared publicly on Bright Bees Kids social media channels.
If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be contacted, or is determined to be ineligible, Bright Bees Kids reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that if selected as a winner, their first name, last initial, city/state (or country), submitted photo (if provided), and/or nomination story may be used by Bright Bees Kids for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
If a participant does not agree to public recognition, they should not enter the giveaway.
Nominations
Participants may nominate a teacher, homeschool educator, parent, or guardian.
By submitting a nomination, entrants confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Bright Bees Kids reserves the right to verify nominee eligibility before awarding any prize.
Privacy
Information collected through this giveaway will be used for giveaway administration, winner notification, newsletter communications, and promotional updates from Bright Bees Kids.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, active newsletter subscription may be required during the giveaway period to remain eligible.
Limitation of Liability
Bright Bees Kids is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
• Technical malfunctions, internet failures, or email delivery issues.
• Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
Modification or Cancellation
Bright Bees Kids reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity of the giveaway.
